PartnerSPEAK rules


PartnerSPEAK values your confidentiality and allows users to post without becoming a registered member.

By accessing the PartnerSPEAK forum you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. We may change these terms and if we do we’ll try to inform you, however, we recommend that you review these terms as you continue to use PartnerSPEAK as agreeing to these terms mean you also agree to be legally bound by these terms if they are updated.

You agree not to post any abusive, pornographic, slanderous, hateful, threatening, or other illegal material. Doing so will lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your IP address to police, or other relevant body, if any illegal, or threatening, material is posted.

Please ensure when discussing an individual you believe has accessed child pornography (or engaged in any illegal activities) you do not name the individual, or post information that could be used to identify the individual unless he has been formally charged. You agree that PartnerSPEAK has the right to remove or edit any posts including names or identifying attributes. Please be aware that identifying yourself and using terms such as ‘my partner’ or ‘my ex-husband,’ even if you do not name the individual, may mean the person is able to be identified.

If a user wishes to become a registered member you must provide a valid email address. Members can post in the members only section which is not visible to guests, once a member has their first post approved she will be able to post without a delay for moderation, members can have a user name, keep track of their posts, email other members and have an avatar.

PartnerSPEAK agrees not to disclose your email address, or any other personal information, to any third parties unless you are in breach of these terms.
